Within 24 hours, three firefighters from the same firehouse in Fredericksburg, Virginia, became fathers to sons.

The happy dads, who work for Fort Belvoir Fire and Emergency Services at Fort Belvoir Army Base, proudly displayed their new additions after becoming fathers at Spotsylvania Regional MedicalCenter on Monday.

One of the new dads, Kyle Dean, said, “All of our doctors use Spotsylvania Regional, and the nursing staff has been delightful, passionate, and caring.”

“The staff makes you feel as if they genuinely care about you. Everyone enters the room, including the cleaning staff, nurses, the NICU, and others.”

Kyle and the other expectant fathers joked about how crazy it would be if their babies arrived simultaneously. Still, they didn’t believe it would happen.

“Once I found out, I informed the nurses.” Just a heads up — two of my guys are also coming, and the nursing staff has given us the nickname “the fab three!” Michael Irvine, a fellow father, told Fox News.

Kyle expressed confidence that their three sons would become good friends.

“We’ll get together and take milestone photos of all three.” He added, “Perhaps one day we’ll get them up to the firehouse and do a group photo there as well.”

Kyle, who already had a “handful” of children and was “adding to the bunch,” offered this sound advice to first-time fathers: “Definitely take advantage of it and don’t blink because it goes by fast.”

“”The most important thing is to be present as much as possible, especially with our schedule – because, as Kyle Frederick says, time flies,” Michael added. Spend as-much- time with them as you can because they grow up so quickly.”

What a happy coincidence, and who knows, maybe all three boys will follow in their fathers’ footsteps and become firefighters. Congratulations!
