Cancer is a complex disease to treat, but people confront an emotionally trying time once it is. Due to the disease’s complexity, they must deal with hair loss caused by chemotherapy. And losing their hair may be pretty difficult for them. As a result of this, five women from Canada founded a network called Henna Heals, which now includes approximately 150 women henna artists worldwide. They assist women who are balding in feeling more beautiful and confident by creating hair crowns on their heads.

They use a natural henna paste to draw on the heads. Their patterns are one-of-a-kind and an excellent substitute for the wigs or hats that ladies use to conceal their naked-heads. According to “Frances Darwin,” many people find this to be a wonderfully rejuvenating experience. She is the founder of Henna-Heals and has stated that it is about people reclaiming a part of themselves that is typically referred to as unwell or broken.

These are traditional temporary tattoos popular in South Asia, made using homemade natural paste. These henna tattoos last approximately two weeks and are completely safe. Hena Heals also offers custom tattoos for other occasions and belly drawings for expecting mothers; 10% of proceeds are donated to help cover the cost of the artwork they create for cancer sufferers.
