When a beautiful Belgian draught horse gave birth to her twin foals, Lisa and Fien, the world became a whole lot cuter not too long ago. Watch this incredible mother with her four newborn children just four days after the infants were born in the video that can be found below. They are demonstrating their amazing temperaments and growing closeness as a family while they are having a good time in their pasture.
Both Lisa and Fien are really gorgeous foals, and they are a very rare breed. The two newborn Belgian draught horses shown in this video are twins, and at the time of the recording, they were only four days old. For those of you who are unaware, Belgian draught horses are among the most powerful of the heavy breeds.
They may reach heights of up to 17 hands (66 to 68 inches) and weights of up to 2,000 pounds as they mature, making them one of the most powerful of the heavy breeds (900 kilograms).
They continue to be utilized as working animals, but in recent years they have also gained popularity as show horses and horses used for pleasure riding. There is no limit to the amount of weight that Belgian horses can pull. A team of two horses competed in the Heavyweight class at the National Western Stock Show in Denver, Colorado. They were able to pull 17,000 pounds over a distance of 7 feet 2 inches (7,700 kg a distance of 2.18 m).
But for the time being, Lisa and Fien are still young and about as adorable as they can possibly be. Their beautiful mother is smothering her young while they nurse and play joyfully in the pasture where they were born. It’s a picture-perfect example of the splendor of nature!
